Medicare is the first casualty of Obamacare.

For those of you who are on Medicare, read the following. It's short, but important and you probably haven't heard about it in the Marxist liberal media. "The per person Medicare Insurance Premium will increase from the present Monthly Fee of $96.40, rising to:
$104.20 in 2012
$120.20 in 2013, and then,
$247.00 in 2014."
These are Provisions incorporated in the Obamacare Legislation, purposely delayed so as not to confuse the 2012 Re-Election Campaigns. Send this to all Seniors that you know, so they will know who's throwing them under the bus.

He threatened to not pay:
Social Security Retirees,
Military Retirees,
Social Security disability and Federal Retirees.

He did not threaten to stop payments to illegal aliens
He did not threatened to take frivolous benefits such as Internet access away from violent inmates
He did not offer to fire some of the thousands of unnecessary federal employees that he hired
He did not offer to cut down on his or his wife's frivolous gallivanting around
He did not threaten to not pay the senators and representatives or any of their staff
He did not threaten to take benefits away from welfare recipients
He did not threaten the food stamp programs
He did not threaten to not pay foreign aid
He did not threaten to cut back on anything that involves his base voters
The list could go on and on. He is in full political re-election mode!
Why are we allowing this person to destroy this wonderful country with his selfishness and his lies?
His type of change is killing our country. He needs to be stopped and only outvotes can stop him.
Do not forget about his tactics when it's election time. Vote Obama out of the Presidency in 2012.

A Good Person and Positive Role Model

Yes, every bit of the below story is true, it is a very good read.
In a recent email, I read about a woman named Pam, who knows the pain of considering abortion. More than 24 years ago, she and her husband Bob were serving as missionaries to the Philippines and praying for a fifth child. Pam contracted amoebic dysentery, an infection of the intestine caused by a parasite found in contaminated food or drink. She went into a coma and was treated with strong antibiotics before they discovered she was pregnant.
Doctors urged her to abort the baby for her own safety and told her that the medicines had caused irreversible damage to her baby. She refused the abortion and cited her Christian faith as the reason for her hope that her son would be born without the devastating disabilities physicians predicted. Pam said the doctors didn’t think of it as a life, they thought of it as a mass of fetal tissue.
While pregnant, Pam nearly lost their baby four times but refused to consider abortion. She recalled making a pledge to God with her husband: If you will give us a son, we’ll name him Timothy and we’ll make him a preacher.
Pam ultimately spent the last two months of her pregnancy in bed and eventually gave birth to a healthy baby boy August 14, 1987. Pam’s youngest son is indeed a preacher. He preaches in prisons, makes hospital visits, and serves with his father’s ministry in the Philippines . He also plays football. Pam’s son is Tim Tebow.
The University of Florida’s star quarterback became the first sophomore in history to win college football’s highest award, the Heisman Trophy. His current role as quarterback of the Denver Broncos has provided an incredible platform for Christian witness. As a result, he is being called The Mile-High Messiah.
Tim’s notoriety and the family’s inspiring story have given Pam numerous opportunities to speak on behalf of women’s centers across the country.Pam Tebow believes that every little baby you save matters.I pray her tribe will increase!

To all of the Tebow bashers out there, who believe he is praying for God to cause him to win, or you do not like his kneeling pose, remember one thing. Tim Tebow is not asking the Lord for a victory, nor is God causing his phenomenal play at times. He is simply THANKING GOD. That is it.
If you are fool enough to believe God controls the NFL, remember, in the NFL, Roger Goodell believes he is God, and does as he pleases. The Bible teaches Christians not to hide that fact, but to share it. It is a strong belief, and if the horrible man we have leading this country is allowed to tell us all not to offend Muslims, why are we as Christians being hammered? Bill Maher, that Suggs thug from the Ravens and many others comment on his faith. They are entitled to do that as well. Remember the Constitution gives us that Freedom of Religion thing? There you go. A good and positive

Revisiting Obama's Credentials or Lack There Of

VERY QUIETLY OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT
AP - WASHINGTON D.C. – August 8-2011 (Associated Press)
In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the
presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has released
copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College ...
Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name
Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as
an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in
compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior
Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for
financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the
Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a
student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's
detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born
in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship,
this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White
House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and
qualification to serve as President article titled, "Obama Eligibility
Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow
economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K. In a related
matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia
announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments
concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought
by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship
disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio's case is just one of
18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or
qualification to serve as president.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results
of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates
that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year
with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure
of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation
is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S.
Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the
matter...

While I've little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth
issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can
be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use
when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ?
So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without
the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of
a round-the-world trip just a month later?
And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and
Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and
Immigration?
The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions,
they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a
rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.

1) He traveled with a U.S. ... Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. .. State Department's
"no travel" list in 1981.
Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with
a British passport or an Indonesian passport.
If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that
he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.. And if
he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that
he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American,
prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.
Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he
managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008.
Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his
speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to
Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.
If you Don't care that Your President is not a natural born Citizen and in
Violation of the Constitution, then Delete this, and then lower your
American Flag to half-staff, because the U.S. Constitution is already on
life-support, and won't survive much longer. That is the end of the AP article.

This had to be reposted. I realize this is old news; however, since we never really received any records from the man himself, or an address of all questions raised, is that not suspicious? Only more oratory. Why? He spent a lot of money to keep all of the answers locked away.

So, he is a great speechmaker, and may believe his own- words I should say. There was a great orator and President in WWII. FDR. Then there was Hitler(not comparing any of these men as people, but leaders). He was the best at using his words, and he too guided his country out of the Great Depression. And he was also a psychopath and a drug addict. What is Obama's problem?
Still, both were better leaders, because they backed up their words.
Then there is Mr. Obama. I suppose it is easy to not know what you are doing, than blame everything on the last guy. I changed my mind, he IS a genius. A fluent Arabic speaking genius, who will get $250k for a one hour speech after he is done. And here I thought Congress receives a retirement after one term they are not entitled to. If he is re-elected WE WILL PAY.
I sure hope the next thing to be passed is not the “Removal of All Rights” bill. (by-passing Congress)

Missouri has no illegals; go figure...should not the other states do the same?
Missouri's approach to the problem of illegal immigration appears to be more advanced, sophisticated, strict and effective than anything to date in Arizona. Does the White House appreciate what Missouri has done? So, why doesn't Missouri receive attention? Answer: There are no illegals in Missouri to demonstrate.
The "Show Me" state has again shown us how it should be done. There needs to be more publicity and exposure regarding what Missouri has done. Please pass this around.
In 2007, Missouri placed on the ballot a proposed constitutional amendment designating English as the official language of Missouri. In November, 2008, nearly 90% voted in favor! Thus, English became the official language for ALL governmental activity in Missouri. No individual has the right to demand government services in a language OTHER than English.
In 2008, a measure was passed that required the Missouri Highway Patrol and other law enforcement officials to verify the immigration status of any person arrested, and inform federal authorities if the person is found to be in Missouri illegally. Missouri law enforcement officers receive specific training with respect to enforcement of federal immigration laws.
In Missouri, illegal immigrants do NOT have access to taxpayer benefits such as food stamps or health care through Missouri Health NET.
In 2009, a measure was passed that ensures Missouri’s public institutions of higher education do NOT award financial aid to individuals who are illegally in the United States.
In Missouri, all post-secondary institutions of higher education to annually certify to the Missouri Dept. of Higher Education that they have NOT knowingly awarded financial aid to students who are unlawfully present in the United States.
So, while Arizona has made national news for its new law, it is important to remember, Missouri has been far more proactive in addressing this horrific problem. Missouri has made it clear that illegal immigrants are NOT welcome in the state and they will certainly NOT receive public benefits at the expense of Missouri taxpayers.
WE NEED TO GET ALL 50 STATES TO COMPLY!!!

Illegal immigrant or refugee? Very Disturbing:
If anyone in this great nation has not realized the illegal immigrant problem we are facing should not be addressed very soon, please read on. Some are young, some are at retirement age. Many are clogging up our prisons. We already have enough criminals, thank you very much.
If the immigrant is over 65, they can apply for SSI and Medicaid and get more than a woman on Social Security, who has worked from 1944 until 2004.
She is only getting $791 per month because she was born in 1924 and there's a 'catch 22.'
It is interesting that the federal government provides a single refugee with a monthly allowance of $1,890. Each can also obtain an additional $580 in social assistance, for a total of $2,470 a month.
This compares to a single pensioner, who after contributing to the growth
and development of America for 40 to 50 years, can only receive a monthly maximum of $1,012 in old age pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement.
Maybe our pensioners should apply as refugees!
Consider sharing this information to all your American friends, so we can all be ticked off, and maybe get the refugees cut back to $1,012 and the pensioners up to $2,470. Then we can enjoy some of the money we were forced to submit to the Government over the last 40 or 50 or 60 years, and not receive an increase from 2009 to 2011.
Vote them all out of office...of course, they would only be replaced with likeminded individuals.
High quality folks, like we already have wasting OUR money. I am in no way against immigration, when it is done the legal way. Yet I have talked to some of my friends who did do it legally, and it took a very long time. Too long for some, so most do not even try. After all, it sure does pay
better when you do not have to work or pay taxes, and receive better benefits than lifelong tax paying hard workers do.

I may be wrong, but I doubt it.

We the people….
…..government of the people, by the people, for the people….
Seems to me some of the people representing us are different people than most of us, unless you happen to be a millionaire or better. Not anyone that I happen to know, nor I.
No one has been able to explain to me why young men and women serve in the U.S. Military for 20 years, risking their lives protecting freedom, and only get 50% of their pay. While Politicians hold their political positions in the safe confines of the capital, protected by these same men and women, and receive full pay retirement after serving one term. It just does not make any sense.
Monday, December 26, we learned that the staffers of Congress family members are exempt from having to pay back student loans. This will get national attention if news networks will broadcast it. When you add this to the below, just where will all of it stop?
This is an idea that we should address.
For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed while citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform... in all of its forms. Somehow, that does not seem logical. We do not have an elite group of people that is above the law. I truly do not care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop.
Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States."
Do I even need to go into the whole Obama family world tour, or the taking of separate aircraft for their 4 million dollar Christmas vacation? Maybe I will do a commentary about the “President” all by himself. I will think on that. It is the stuff of nightmares-him being re-elected. Can we really afford both Congress and this President? We are going broke, and we had better do something about it. Today, 1-5-12, we now have another four czars; why? He says Congress will not co-operate, so he is what- by-passing them? How do you get that job, and what does it pay? There are already too many to begin with. G.W. Bush, whose name is tossed about as the “cause” of all of the problems which seem to have come up under Obama. GW did not have a Republican Congress, and he accomplished nothing during that time. Obama started with a Democratic Congress, and did more than nothing, he immediately began screwing this Great Nation up. I am a liberal conservative, and my views are not tempered by any loyalty to any party. I simply have the ability to see, hear and read to know what I am saying. I know incompetence when I see it. I have doctors and a lawyer. Regardless, everyone is entitled to an opinion, unless you are in Congress, and you say- oh, maybe the first lady has “a large posterior”. Well, even though it is true, poor guy had to apologize. After all, the other politicians might kick him out of the clubhouse for actually being honest, if only about this one thing. They are probably worried his honesty may be contagious. Feedback is welcome.

Judas Priest Epitaph tour 11-30-11-photos by J.C.

On November 30, 2011, I had the good fortune of attending the Judas Priest Epitaph tour’s show at the 1-800-ASKGARY Amphitheatre, in Tampa, Florida. This was my sixth and, I suppose final time I will have seen the Metal Gods do their thing. What a show, along with an unexpected opening act, Zakk Wylde, with Black Label Society. There is no doubt as to why he was Ozzy’s guitarist. The man is a magician with an axe.
When Priest came out, sans K.K. Downing, I really had no clue as to how well they would play with Richie Faulkner filling in for K.K. The young Faulkner was and is amazing. He had a great solo, with some Ozzy riffs just for Zakk. It did not take long to see that they truly were playing as well as or better than the previous shows. Rob Halford’s vocals are still a thing of awe. Glen Tipton, well, no surprise there. His playing was as brilliant as ever, with his own flawless solo. And there was Ian Hill, still just standing there, keeping that bass line. The only original member of Priest left showed us why he has lasted. Then there is Scott Travis on the drums, since the Painkiller album, he had done some studio work with Rob’s solo band Fight, yet stayed with them throughout the Ripper Owens years until Rob’s return for the Angel of Retribution album, he was extremely proficient on the drums, with a great solo before “Painkiller” as well.
Opening with ”Rapid Fire”, then “Metal Gods”, Halford proceeded to tell us they would play for another two and one half hours. They then began to blow us away. Here is just a partial list of what they played:
“Rapid Fire”, “Metal Gods”, “Breaking the Law”, “Dissident Aggressor”, “Star Breaker”, ”Desert Plains”,
“Diamonds and Rust”, “Victim of Changes”, “Green Manalishi”, “Beyond the Realms of Death” (my personal favorite), “Electric Eye”, “The
Sentinel”, “Turbo Lover”, “Blood Red Skies”, “Painkiller”, “Night
Crawler”, “Judas Rising”, “Prophecy”, “Hell Bent for Leather”, “Livin’ After Midnight”, and “You’ve Got
Another Thing Coming”- the trademark ending. The bike came out on “Hell Bent for Leather” (after playing “Prophecy”). They did have nearly forty years and 14 albums to choose from.
There were more, but that crowd was so electrified, I was caught up in the moment. Judas Priest is and they each are truly THE Metal Gods. I feel fortunate to have seen them one last time.
THREE HOURS OF JUDAS PRIEST is time well spent. And to those Priest fans whom have passed up on this tour, or were unable to attend, I feel bad that you were not able to see and hear this excellent show, perhaps the best one I have been to.
The Metal Gods may bless us with more music, I believe I have read, but this may be a rumor. Here is hoping that to be true. I will miss seeing them live. Six shows over 25 years for me. I love this band.
